Looking for kids’ chess lessons in London? The Chelsea Chess Kids Club runs weekly sessions for children aged 5–10.

Our weekly children’s chess club runs on Sunday mornings (11am-12pm) in Chelsea, 77 Kings Road. We’ve moved to Pebble & Nest! The space is bright, more comfortable, and even includes a cafe for the parents.

A good kids’ chess club is about much more than learning how the pieces move. At Chelsea Chess, our sessions are fun, social, and designed to help children grow in confidence both on and off the board. And just as importantly, chess gives children a shared activity. It’s wonderful for those who may be shy or not naturally drawn to team sports as over  the board, friendships and confidence form!

To keep sessions organised and high quality in our new space, all bookings now need to be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to plan groups and staffing properly.

Next session details and booking link below. We’d love to see you there. ♟️

The idea of weekly chess lessons for young kids sounds both fun and meaningful, especially for building confidence early. When I was helping my younger cousin with studies and activities, I once searched for Pearson programming assignment help while encouraging him to try strategy games like chess. It showed me how structured learning and play can go together. Programs like this truly support social growth and sharper thinking skills in children.
