  • Names of student and parent/guardian

  • Contact details including email address, phone number, and location

  • Other relevant information, such as lesson preferences or availability

1.2 We require this information to understand your needs and provide our services. We may use the information for:

  • Internal record keeping

  • Allocating the most suitable chess coach

  • Lesson planning and communication

  • Occasionally sending updates or information we think may be useful

1.3 If you would like to stop receiving emails from us, simply reply with the word “Unsubscribe” in the body of the email.

1.4 We will not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties unless required by law or with your permission (e.g. sharing lesson details with your assigned coach).
