My coaching philosophy focuses on fostering a love for the game while building strong foundational skills. I believe in a personalised approach, adapting my teaching style to each student's needs. I focus on critical thinking, problem-solving, and enjoying the learning process.

 

Creating a supportive and encouraging environment is key, as it helps students feel confident and motivated to improve. I've been coaching for 2 years, and it's been incredibly rewarding to see my students grow and improve.

For beginners, I focus on the basics and foundational concepts, while more advanced students might work on strategy and tactics. Regular feedback and open communication help ensure that each student feels supported and challenged appropriately.
